1.) Avocado Egg Toast via Rachel Ray


Time: 5 mins

– 2 slices of sourdough toast
– 1 ripe avocado
– 2 eggs
-oil for frying eggs
-salt and pepper to taste

1. Toast bread in your toaster to desired crunchiness.
2. Peal and mash avocado.
3. Add dash of oil ] and two cracked eggs in pan on medium heat for about 3 minutes for a runny center.
4. Smear avocado spread on toast and add fried egg for a yummy healthy breakfast.


2.) Mason Jar Yogurt Parfait via Woman’s Day


Time: 2 minutes

– 1 mason jar (lid optional)
– 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
-1/2 cup blueberries
-1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup milk or pomegranate juice

1. Combine yogurt and all dry ingredients into mason jar.

– 1 banana
– 2 tbsp peanut butter
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
– few ice cubes

1. Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until you reach desired consistency.
2. Pour into a to go cup and bring this energizing breakfast anywhere.


4.) Quinoa Fruit Salad via All Recipes


Time: 8 mins

– 1/3 cup cooked quinoa
– 1/3 cup water
– 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
– 1/2 cup blueberries
– 1/4 cup almonds chopped
– 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
– 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
– 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
– pinch of salt

1. Cook quinoa with water in a pan, following package instructions.
2. Chop fruit.
3. Mix dressing ingredients (syrup, balsamic vinegar, lime juice and salt) in bowl.
4. Add fruit and quinoa to bowl and you are good to go!


5.) Apple Slice Sandwiches via Garnish with Lemon

– 1 apple cored and sliced into rings
– 3 tbsp almond butter
– 1/2 cup granola

1. Core and slice apple into rings.
2. Spread almond butter between slices and sprinkle granola on top of each layer of almond butter.
3. Stack apple slices on top of each other and enjoy this crunchy and crisp morning sandwich.
